Ohio's communications group was reactivated in 2020, and currently uses a Yaesu 857D, Kenwood TS-430S, and Icom IC-718, supplemented by volunteers' own equipment "as this is what they are most familiar with." According to Ken Edmonds KB8HZ, "we are a very small group but I'm hoping to grow it and make it into a strong group to serve Christ where we are needed."
Ken also sent us a recent photo. "Here is a picture from Ohio State Parks on the Air 2020. From left to right Lynn Moore (KD8SYT), Lori Edmonds (KE8IQF) and Linda Humsted. Not in the picture is Phil Moore (KB8YVI), Randy Smith (KE8IQE), Julia Smith and Ken Edmonds (KB8HZ)."
